Shipping policy

Turnaround

We aim to dispatch every single order the same day.

To clarify, if you order before 3pm (Mon-Fri) then your order will be in the post the same day, for orders after 3pm they will be dispatched the next day, all weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday.

Bank Holidays

Orders will be dispatched the next working day.

Couriers

The majority of our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, if you have any delivery requests then please add these to the comments section when ordering, for example, leave in porch, leave next door etc and these will be added onto the postage label.

Order Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

This is charged on a per item basis, before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

We offer FREE 2nd CLASS POSTAGE for any order over £35.
